Bikinibody processes your personal data as a result of you using our services and/or because you provide us with personal data to us, e.g. on the contact form.

WHY?
Bikinibody processes your data in order to be able to respond to the question you have submitted on the contact form. Your data is also stored in order to be able to contact you at a later date about the same subject. Bikinibody only processes the minimum data required. You are entitled to view, edit or delete your data at any time. If you have registered to receive the Bikinibody newsletter, we will use your personal data to send you our newsletter. We only use your data if we have been given permission to do so. Every newsletter will contain a link to enable you to unsubscribe or withdraw your permission.

SECURITY
Bikinibody considers the protection of your personal data to be of paramount importance and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, undesirable publication and unlawful changes. RETENTION PERIOD
Bikinibody will not retain your data any longer than strictly necessary to achieve the objectives for which it was collected.

DATA
You are entitled to view, edit or delete your personal data. You are also entitled to submit a complaint concerning the processing of personal data to the Privacy Commission. You can send us a request for access, correction or deletion via jill@bikinibody.be. Bikinibody will respond to your request as soon as possible and at the latest within six weeks.

COOKIES
Bikinibody uses cookies to analyse surfing behaviour in order to improve its website. Cookies are small pieces of data that are automatically stored on your computer when you visit our website. They are used, for example, to store your preferences so that you don’t have to reset them each time your visit the website. We have no control over third party cookies (e.g. Google Analytics), which are covered by the privacy policies of the relevant providers. The data is stored on the servers of the relevant providers, who may, and this is outside our control, share this data with third parties if they are legally obliged to do so.
